1Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and EarthDroids ("we", "us"), the maker of Handlewise AI ("the Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2What the Service does
Handlewise AI uses artificial intelligence to draft eBay listings from the photos and details you provide, and, with your permission, creates, schedules or publishes those listings on your eBay account.
3Your eBay account and listings
- You are the seller. You are responsible for every listing posted to your account, including its accuracy, price, condition, shipping and compliance with eBay's policies and the law.
- AI-written content can contain mistakes. Review titles, descriptions, categories, prices and item specifics before or after they go live.
- You must own, or have the right to sell, every item you list, and the right to use every photo you provide.
- You may not use the Service to list prohibited, counterfeit, stolen or illegal items.
4Connected services
The Service works with third-party services such as eBay, Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Stripe and image hosts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, fees, or decisions (for example, eBay removing a listing or limiting an account).
5Credits and payment
- The Service is paid for with prepaid credits. One credit covers one listing created by the Service.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase.
- Credits do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a listing fails because of an error on our side, we will return the credit.
- eBay's own selling fees are separate and are charged by eBay.
6Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no sharing your account, and no using it to spam, mislead buyers or violate anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
7Ownership
You keep ownership of your photos and item information. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service to you. The Service itself, including its software and branding, belongs to EarthDroids.
8No warranty
The Service is provided "as is." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings will sell or sell at any particular price.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, EarthDroids is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections 7–11 continue to apply after your use ends.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
12Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
