Common questions
- How do I connect eBay? Start from Handlewise in ChatGPT or Claude and follow the "Connect eBay" link. You sign in on eBay's own page.
- How do I disconnect? On eBay, go to Account settings → Third-party app access and remove Handlewise.
- A listing didn't post. Email us the SKU. If it failed on our side, we return the credit.
- Delete my data. Email us from your account email and we'll delete your listing data and tokens.
